Silver Lining Consulting was founded by Jennette Pierre, an accomplished business professional with a passion for empowering Indigenous communities. After completing her Masters of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University, Jennette took a moment to reflect on the true meaning of success. She came to the realization that for her, success was not merely about personal achievement, but about using her skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Jennette's journey of self-discovery led her to focus her efforts on the challenges faced by Indigenous Peoples, who have endured the lasting effects of colonization for generations. Drawing upon her own learning experiences, she envisioned an organization that could provide tailored consulting services to Indigenous communities, helping them navigate the complexities of business, governance, and community development.
