Founder & CEO

Jennette Pierre, MBA, IBL, ABM

Jennette has accumulated over 25 years of experience working with Indigenous communities. Her professional journey has taken her through various sectors, including administration, economic development, lands, and resources. Jennette's areas of specialization include Economic Development, Law and Policy Development, Land Development, Soil Fill Management, Land Use Planning, Project Management, Lands Department Strategizing, and Additions to Reserve. She has successfully led projects in contaminated site remediation, flood mitigation & remediation, and capacity building.

Being an active member in her First Nation community has enabled Jennette to enrich her projects with her ability to draw upon her ancestral knowledge, experience, and cultural connection.

Administrative Specialist

Chantal Douglas

Chantal is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the First Nations Lands Sector. Her background encompasses a strong command of contract administration, land lease management, and permit administration. Chantal's in-depth knowledge of the First Nations Lands Registry and the Natural Resources Canada management systems is invaluable to her work.

As a key member of the Silver Lining Consulting team, Chantal oversees the administrative management systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the organization.

Project Manager & Engineering Consultant

Harmeet Rai, MBA, B-Tech, PMP

Harmeet brings over 20 years of experience in Construction Project Management. His journey has been alongside architects, subcontractors, and engineers, allowing him to provide valuable services in leading complex multi-dimensional infrastructure projects - from conception to completion.

In his current and previous roles, Harmeet excels in strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with partners to achieve goal-oriented outcomes in Engineering and Construction projects. His expertise extends to working closely on First Nations projects sponsored by Indigenous Services Canada, CMHC, and BC Housing. Notably, he has successfully implemented numerous commercial and residential projects and renovated existing capital and housing assets. These endeavors encompass critical infrastructure such as roads, water systems, and wastewater facilities.
